We write further to your request which was received on 14 May 2018 and which states:

"On what date will the Department for Education, Sport and Culture return the keys of the St Thomas school building to the Trustees of the building."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. This is because the exact date for return of the keys has not yet been agreed. This will be determined in consultation with Church Representatives in the future.
