"How many complaints on average are lodged with Manx Care on a monthly basis? Of these complaints how many are related to Women & Children's Department and Maternity Ward?

Reporting period: 01 Jan 2022 - 31/12/2024 (36 months)

Number of complaints received by Manx Care: 1117 Monthly Average = 1117 ÷ 36 = 31.02

Women’s Children's and Families complaints received during the reporting period = 78

Out of the 78 complaints for Women’s Children's and Families, 31 cited Maternity as the service involved. Out of the 31 complaints for Maternity, 23 cited Ward 10 (JCW Maternity) as the location involved
