Further to the answer provided in respect of Tynwald written question W-202501-1553 which shows that there were 26 outstanding FOI Review Requests with the Information Commissioner as of 31 March 2025 I seek the following information: For each review outstanding (including those requests received since the end of Q4 24-25 when 26 requests were subject to IC Review) the FOI Case Number, short title, date review request received and the Department, Statutory Board, Public Authority, Local Authority or Publicly Owned Company to which each respective request relates.

We write further to your request received 25 April 2025, which states:

"Further to the answer provided in respect of Tynwald written question W- 202501-1553 which shows that there were 26 outstanding FOI Review Requests with the Information Commissioner as of 31 March 2025 I seek the following information:

For each review outstanding (including those requests received since the end of Q4 24-25 when 26 requests were subject to IC Review) the FOI Case Number, short title, date review request received and the Department, Statutory Board, Public Authority, Local Authority or Publicly Owned Company to which each respective request relates."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Cabinet Office does not hold the information that you have requested. The Chief Minister was provided with summary statistics by the Information Commissioner in order to answer the Tynwald question as published.
