Land Use & Permissions: - Any conditions or restrictions included in such agreements that relate to environmental standards, hours of operation, noise, vibration, or impact on neighbouring residential properties. 2. Planning and Change of Use: - Any records relating to the planning status of the harbour land in question and whether a change of use application has been considered or approved within the past five years. - Any consultation records or public notices issued in relation to the use of this land for commercial timber-related activity. 3. Oversight and Public Complaints - Any complaints received from members of the public or local representatives regarding the use of this land (including noise, vibration, light pollution, or obstruction). - Any inspection reports, compliance records, or internal correspondence discussing the impact of the operations on nearby properties. 4. Environmental and Residential Impact - Any internal discussions or correspondence within DOI regarding the proximity of the operations to occupied residential properties, and any steps taken to assess or mitigate impact. - Any policies or documentation DOI holds relating to the protection of residential amenity near infrastructure or industrial operations on publicly owned land.

We write further to your request received 16 April 2025, which states:

"1. Land Use & Permissions:
