1) I would like to request copies of all correspondence between Mr Bob Ringham, Chair of the NPM (during Covid) and the UK OPCAT Board between Feb 2021 and December 2021. Rob was requesting advice re IOMG not informing the NPM that the Comis Hotel was being used as a quarantine/detention facility between March & June 2020 and asking if more human rights had been violated, than they had already adjudicated on, please. 2) I would like to request a copy of any correspondence between Mr Bob Ringham and/or Mr Will Greenhow and/or The Attorney General of the IOM with the Independent UK lawyers that were asked to give advice on the use and validity of OPCAT Protocols on the Isle of Man between February 2020 and December 2021, please. 3) Please list which Isle of Man Lawyers/Advocates/ Chambers did the IOMG/Attorney General and or Mr Will Greenhow write to/approach/correspond with for advice about OPCAT Protocols and asking should they have and/or apply to the IOM during the use of The Comis Hotel being used as a quarantine/detention facility (April to June 2020) so any correspondence between February 2020 and December 2021, please. I appreciate this may take a little time and thank you in anticipation of your help in this matter.

We write further to your request received 15 April 2025, which states:

"1) I would like to request copies of all correspondence between Mr Bob Ringham, Chair of the NPM (during Covid) and the UK OPCAT Board between Feb 2021 and December 2021.
