Statistics relating to the number of first-time buyers purchasing properties under the ‘First Home Fixed’ and ‘First Home Choice’ schemes are published quarterly and can be accessed via our website at: www.gov.im/housing/statistics
Further information, including the “First Time Buyer Reporting and Allocations Policy,” is also available to download at: www.gov.im/firsttimebuyers
To date, three applicants to the Shared Equity Purchase Assistance Scheme (First Home Fixed) have been offered homes within the new Ballaglionney development in Jurby, currently being constructed by Hartford Homes.
