Are these post extenders intended for this proposed use ? I can’t seem to see a product description on your website. Are they non rotational once in place and can signs be attached as they would to a 76mm post ?
Generally they fit inside existing posts and are the same diameter.

Also for the post extenders if these are to fit 76mm posts the diameter would be 89mm so It can slot over the top of the 76mm posts what length do you want these to be?
