Your request We write further to your request, received 18 March 2025, which states:

"On what date was the memo titled: To seek Tynwald approval for a Supplementary Vote not exceeding £20 million for the Department of Health & Social Care in 2024-25 uploaded to the Register of Business?"

Our response While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the information is exempt from disclosure under section 41 of the Freedom of Information Act as it is held with a view to being published at a future date. Shortly after the March sitting of Tynwald the President decided to make an announcement in the April sitting of Tynwald, 22nd April 2025, in relation to the timing of uploading of the Memo referred to.

In this circumstance it is reasonable that the information be withheld from public disclosure until that time.
