"A copy of the reasons as to why the Hospice offer to construct a dedicated chemo unit by Hospice was refused"

This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2015.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.

You may find it helpful to know that the Department has not received an offer from Hospice to construct a dedicated Chemo Unit. Therefore as no such offer has been received there has been no corresponding refusal.
