Reserved parking spaces do not need to be renewed. Once the order for a reserved parking space on the highway is made, it remains in place until revoked. The Department also reserves the right to remove the reserved parking space.

Guidance on the criteria used for assessing eligibility of a reserved parking request can be found on the application form, along with who is entitled to one, the vehicles that can be used and the conditions of its use.
