Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.

The Gender Incongruence (GI) Pathway to the UK has not been established and we understand that there are no GI clinics in the UK accepting any new referrals from the Isle of Man. Therefore there have been no gender reassignments costs over the last twelve months.

Please quote the reference number 4496569 in any future communications.
