The Office of Human Resources, Cabinet Office is not aware of any provision of bonus payments provided for in the terms and conditions issued to either Public Services Commission employees stationed within Manx Care or Manx Care employees. In addition, the Office of Human Resources payroll service has no record of such payments being made to Manx Care employees or Public Services Commission Stationed employees. Therefore whilst our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Cabinet Office does not hold the information that you have requested.
