We write further to your request, received 4 March 2025, which states:
"Further to Freedom of Information request reference number 4416089 and your response dated 21 February 2024, please provide:

A copy of the of the Burial Grounds Revenue Budget Submission by Onchan Burial Ground Authority in respect of the year to 31 March 2025.

A copy of any appraisal completed by the Department of Infrastructure in respect of the Burial Grounds Revenue Budget Submission referred to in 1. above to enable the Department of Infrastructure to certify "the prescribed amount" of the rate for Onchan Parish."
Please see the attached appendix for a copy of the Burial Rate Submission Form of
Onchan Burial Ground.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public
authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find some of
the information that you have requested.
We provide the Authorities with the form and the rateable value of their Authority,
which is provided by the rates office every year. The Authorities are requested to
complete the form, return it along with a copy of their resolution letter. A review of the
submitted documents is undertaken to ensure the rates are appropriate in line with the
rateable value. No records are produced as part of the review.
Once the above has been completed, the Department sends out a letter of
confirmation of approval of the rate.
