We write further to your request which was received on 24 April 2018 and which states:

"How much was spent on designing and compiling the Isle of Man Holiday Brochure What is the print cost per 100 How many copies have been printed What is the total cost of the above and posting out"

Our response to your request is as follows: £36,347.40 (including cost of printing) was spent on producing the Isle of Man 2018 holiday brochure. The cost for printing alone was £15,363.75 and 30,000 copies were printed. The cost of postage for the brochures is an ongoing one as the brochures are posted out as and when they are requested and the Department is invoiced only for those that have been sent. However as of 31 May 2018 the total cost of the production of the brochure and posting out is £42,992.81. It should however also be noted that the brochure generated revenue of £60,886.00 from paid advertisements.
