I should like to request a copy of the formula used to calculate annual spending by DESC for each pupil in the secondary phase of education, as used to provide the figure of £8,700 reported by the Minister of Education to the sitting of the House of Keys on Tuesday 9 July, 2024. This FOI request further asks for the precise figures used in the calculation resulting in the figure £8,700, together with clear referencing of the origin of each figure - i.e whether central government funding, DESC funding or any other source. Also, I request all information as stated above in relation to per pupil annual spending in the primary phase.
