We write further to your request, received 6 February 2025, which states:

"How much of the money owed to the A) Isle of Man government and B) local businesses has been recovered from Cube International Limited."

Our response to you is as follows: Whilst our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. Cube International Limited appointed liquidators in February of last year, that liquidation process is still ongoing and until such time that the Department is advised of the process completion the Department is not in a position to provide the information requested.
