Dear ###

We write further to your request received 6 February 2025, which states:

"Please provide a register of interests for the Digital Isle of Man Board Members

https://www.digitalisleofman.com/board-members/"

Our response:

Whilst our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.

We have previously been asked this question, as a part of FOI Digital IOM Manila trip, which can be found via this link, using the FOI number 4239641:

https://services.gov.im/freedom-of-information/search

The response was:

“Copy of the register of interests for each of the DFE boards.

This information is not held. It should be noted that whilst the Department collects information (and mitigation measures) in relation to Board Members interests, this information is only where a potential conflict of interest may exist, if there is no potential conflict then an interest will not be recorded. Registers of interest for the Political members of the Department can be found at Annex 7 to the Standing Orders of Tynwald Court, which can be found at this URL:

https://www.tynwald.org.im/spfile?file=/business/sto/Documents/2023-PP-0083.pdf”

Please quote the reference number 4429745 in any future communications.
