Original Request
Hello, I hope the reader of this message is doing well. The Isle of Man government released a video years ago called 'freedom to flourish' which can be found here on YouTube: https://youtu.be/a8OZZ7CuQ4Y I'm wondering if it is possible for backing song 'Ellen vannin' to be released as I believe it to be a brilliant, powerful and unique version and I cannot find it online anywhere. Thanks, ############

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Cabinet Office does not hold the information that you have requested.
Although Cabinet Office holds a copy of the video file, we can find no record of the precise details of the version of Ellan Vannin featured in the video, nor the audio file itself. It is likely that this was handled by the external producer.
For advice and assistance, the video clip shows that the production of the video was undertaken by an external producer, DAM Productions. You may wish to contact Dam Productions on the matter directly, their website can be found here: https://www.anotherdam.com/
