We write further to your request, received 29 January 2025, which states:
"Can you provide any and all correspondence with Ramsey Town Commissioners regarding the gulleys/drains in the area of North Shore Road since 2022 to date."
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public
authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find some of
the information that you have requested.
The Department does not hold any specific correspondence with Ramsey Town
Commissioners in relation to the gulleys or drains along North Shore Road since 2022
to the time of you submitting your request.
However, I have attached Appendix 1 which are defect reports submitted to the department by Ramsey Town Commissioners staff members relating to North Shore Road and the timeframe you provided in your request.
