Original Request
My requested concerns the Laxey Beach Public Shelter situated on Laxey Prom., under the care of Garff Commissioners. I would like to request information on the number of comments or complaints requested either verbally, telephone, letter or email to the Department of Infrastructure. I would like detail on the content of these comment please. I also request information on how and when these comments are circulated to the Department of Infrastructure. Information on any discussions concern Laxey Public Shelter between Garff Commissioners Staff and/or Garff Commissioners and the Department of Infrastructure How much annually are the Garff ratepayers paying for the maintenance and cleaning of the Public Shelter. I'm concerned at the apparent lack of care including the unhygienic present state of the Public Shelter and interested to know what the future plans are for its improvement together with the projected cost over the next 3 years. The dates I wish to cover are between 1st January 2020 to 1st April 2025 (allowing for ongoing contracts). Thank you

We write further to your request received 27 January 2025, which states:
"My requested concerns the Laxey Beach Public Shelter situated on Laxey Prom.,
under the care of Garff Commissioners.
