We write further to your request received 21 January 2025, which states:
"Break down of expenditure from charity and fund raising donations to Manx care
including;
- The departments, projects or initiatives etc that received the donations.
- The exact expenditure in GB pounds given to each of the above.
- The total income from donations.
- The current amount of funds (£) available and un assigned for future use.
- Include all the above income and expenditures of donations in the last and current
financial year."
Under S11(3)(b) complying with the request for information would require the public authority to do one or more of the matters mentioned in section 8(3) (things a public authority is not required to do by the Act) to create or derive information from informa tion that it holds which the Department is not required to do under the Act.
