"How many times in the last 24 months has the DoI reported delays in opening the flap gate to Peel Marina?
How many times in the last 24 months has the DoI reported delays in opening the flap gate to Peel Marina due to issues with the swing bridge?
Of these could I have a breakdown in delays of:
Over 10 minutes
Over 30 minutes
