We write further to your request, received 10 December 2024, which states:

"1. an organizational chart, aka, a 'family tree', showing all posts in the public authority's Harbours Division; and

  1. the job titles attaching to such posts; and

  2. the salary maxima attaching to such posts."

Our response to your request is as follows:

Section 20: Information accessible to applicant by other means

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, under section 20 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you, whether free of charge or on payment of a fee.

Section 15: Duty to provide advice and assistance

We have provided to the links to the information that already publicly accessible and a copy of an annotated chart which includes the pay bands for the roles.

The Harbours Division organisation chart with the job titles attached is available to view in the ‘Harbours Business Plan 2024/25’ as a downloadable document on their website.

Appendix 1 attached contains the Divisions organisation chart with the pay bands for each of these roles which directly correlate to the salary information held on the OHR website.

Appendix 2 attached contains an updated version of the Divisions organisation chart.

In addition, some of the information that you have requested is available from the Government’s Office of Human Resources website in relation to your request for salary maxima for the roles within the Harbours division.
