We write further to your request which was received on 12 April 2018 and which states:

"Please provide a list of all those sites (retailers etc.) located on the Island who sell lottery products (eg the UK National Lottery tickets, scratchcards etc.) Please provide in excel format. Thank you"

This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2015.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.

In line with the National Lottery Act 1999 the Gambling Supervision Commission is not responsible for oversight of the National Lottery. As such the information requested is not required to be held, nor is it held by the GSC. However, you may wish to contact The UK Gambling Commission which may hold the information requested and may be able to help you.
