We write further to your request, received 25 November 2024, which states:
"Please provide information on when DHSC received the Health and Social Care Ombudsman Body ("HSCOB") Annual Report for 2024 and when it intends to publish same."
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, under section 20 of the Freedom of Information Act 2015 (the “Act”), we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you, whether free of charge or on payment of a fee.
The Department of Health & Social Care (the “Department”) received the Health & Social Care Ombudsman Body’s (“HSCOB”) 2024 Annual Report on Wednesday 14th of August 2024. The Department can confirm that the HSCOB 2024 Annual Report was approved by the Council of Ministers during the week of Monday 18th November 2024 and has now been placed on the Register of Business for the January 2025 sitting of Tynwald.
