This may include for example damage to environmental monitoring or other equipment, threats, intimidation, verbal abuse and other incidents involving MUA personnel, Wardell Armstrong and other contractors and persons engaged with the project scheme etc. If any such complaints etc have been recorded I seek details of such action taken/incident resolution e.g. words of advice, cautions etc.

We write further to your request, received 21 November 2024, which states:

"I seek such information held (if any) by the Constabulary regarding complaints received (specifically the date, location and nature of such incidents), and offences/crimes recorded which relate to the Cair Vie Onshore Windfarm project (Earystane).

Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

There have been 8 reports to Police relating to the Cair Vie Onshore Windfarm project (Earystane), between 01/04/2022 and 09/12/2024. The majority of these reports were civil matters with no offences disclosed.

Of these 8 reports, 2 were investigated by Police as follows:

Offence: Section 3 Public Order. Location: Colby.
Offence: Criminal Damage. Location: Colby.
