"We request details of all accidents and injuries occuring on the Douglas Promenade Horse Tram Tracks since they returned to service following refurbishment in 2022."
Please see Appendix 1 for a log of incidents recorded in relation to hazards, near- misses and injuries for the Horse Tram tracks on Douglas Promenade following refurbishment.
The Department has received one complaint in relation to an accident in the time scope of your request, which I have provided to you below:
05/06/2023 Queens Promenade Detail: Report received of a cyclist fell off his push bike by getting his wheels stuck in the tram lines.
