I would like the details of the top 100 earners in Manx Care in the financial year 2023-2024 and the amounts they were paid. Given the concerns about personally identifiable data. The amounts earned (salary, plus any additional pay for additional work completed to provide a total figure) can either be provided in exact amounts or provided within a £10k pay range. No names are required, I would like each total pay amount to be attributed to a role: Doctor, Nurse, Allied Health Professional or Manager for example. Where a Doctor or Nurse of AHP may have a dual role i.e. as an Executive Director, Clinical Director or Service Lead for example and they are still working clinically - their role should be described according to their professional qualification i.e. as a doctor, nurse or AHP rather than their limited role in managing a service. Only if the number of paid PAs or hours they receive for work in a managerial role exceeds that which they are paid for their clinical role should the title Manager be applied to them. I would like the information to be provided in a table format, the highest earner at the top (number 1) giving details of their role and their total pay (or pay range in £10k increments) and then descending order to number 100.

We write further to your request, received 28 October 2024, which states:

"I would like the details of the top 100 earners in Manx Care in the financial year 2023- 2024 and the amounts they were paid.
