Dear ###

We write further to your request received 25 October 2024, which states:

"The number of 3+ bedroom residential properties managed by the Department of Infrastructure where there is only a sole occupant."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Department of Infrastructure does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. The information regarding sole tenants on a lease is not held in accessible format and would entail the Department of Infrastructure to engage in excessive compilation or analysis of information that we hold which we are not required to do so under section 8 3 c) of the Freedom of Information Act.

The Department has 655 three-bedroom properties of which we do not record the number of occupants residing within.

Please quote the reference number 4220081 in any future communications.
