I am seeking information related to the government's involvement with two matters: The Purchase of Cunningham's Holiday Camp in Douglas: - Could you please provide details of any involvement the Isle of Man Government had in relation to the purchase of the Cunningham's Holiday Camp site in Douglas? - Specifically, I would like to know whether the government facilitated, supported, or was otherwise involved in the acquisition of the site, and if so, in what capacity. - Additionally, I request information on any financial expenditure or agreements made by the government in relation to this site. King Gaming/Jade Tree Limited: Could you provide details on how much it has cost the Isle of Man Government to bring King Gaming and/or Jade Tree Limited to the Isle of Man? This should include any grants, subsidies, or other financial incentives provided by the government, directly or indirectly, to support their relocation or establishment on the island. Furthermore, I request information on any costs incurred by the government prior to the revocation of their licenses. King Gaming/Jade Tree Limited:

No information is held in relation to the first request, the Department was not involved in the acquisition of the Cunningham's Holiday Camp, nor did the Department provide financial or other forms of support in relation to the acquisition.
In respect of the second request, no information is held as no grant, subsidy or financial incentive was provided to either of the companies listed, nor has the Department incurred any costs in relation to King Gaming or Jade Tree Limited prior to the revocation of their licences.
