The data collected under contract by Landscope Engineering Ltd in 2015, specifically the lidar/laser scan survey. The survey was undertaken around the TT and Southern 100 race courses. I am not aware if a specific division was responsible for the contract, but Public Transport and Public Estates seem the most likely.
