REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2015 (“the Act”)
Thank you for your request dated 10thy October 2017
Your request
You asked for;
1. How many loafs of bread have been purchased over the last weeks
2. Was it manx bread if so at what cost per loaf
3. Was it english bread, was it frozen or not and at what cost
4. The same questions in relations to baps
In order to respond to your request I requested clarification of the time period as over the
last weeks was a little vague.
Your responded by email on Wednesday October 11th ;
“over the last the three months please”
Response to your request
The answers to your questions are for the period from July 3rd to October 9th 2017;
1. 960 loaves of frozen white bread, and 810 loaves of frozen brown bread were purchased
2. The cost was £1.12 white loaf and £1.15 per brown loaf;
3. The bread/baps are purchased from the Manx supplier but not made locally.
4. 2496 frozen baps were purchased @ cost of 13.5p per bap
