What actions or framework would the IOMC take or follow to protect a child who may have been criminally exploited, prior to an offence being committed? 3. How many instances, and recommendations, have the IOMC given or contributed towards in respect of the Multi-agency Safeguarding Hub, or Manx Care's Children and Families Division, which have led to the removal of a child from their families due to their offending behaviour? 4. How many children have been removed from their families due to their offending behaviour? 5. How many of those children that have been removed from their families due to their offending behaviour, have subsequently continued to offend, or have breached an Order (of any description)?

We write further to your request, received 4 September 2024, which states:

"1. How many parents have directly contacted the Isle of Man Constabulary (IOMC) due to having concerns (and seeking advice) about their children being possibly criminally exploited regarding drug related offences? – No data held
2. What actions or framework would the IOMC take or follow to protect a child who may have been criminally exploited, prior to an offence being committed? - Multi Agency Approach, Referred Into Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub, Raised at Daily Exploitation Meeting (DEM), Consideration Given to Issuing a Child Exploitation Notice to suspected adult Perpetrator, IOMC Officers made aware of Concerns re exploitation of a named child. 3. How many instances, and recommendations, have the IOMC given or contributed towards in respect of the Multi-agency Safeguarding Hub, or Manx Care's Children and Families Division, which have led to the removal of a child from their families due to their offending behaviour? - Data regarding Manx Care removing children is not held by IOMC. 4. How many children have been removed from their families due to their offending behaviour? - Data regarding Manx Care removing children is not held by IOMC. 5.
