Original Request

How many vehicles in use by the Isle of Man Fire & Rescue Service have vehicle registrations containing "999"? What is the current value of each of those individual vehicle registration numbers (as per the DOI's current price structure) if it were available for sale? What costs have been incurred when transferring the above vehicle registration numbers between vehicles over the last 10 years? Why does the IOMFRS keep those registration numbers and not release them to be sold by DOI?
