"Following on from FOI case #2649649, I request the equivalent data/records for 2022 and 2023 calendar years.".
I request a copy of records showing the number of homes built per calendar year for each of the calendar years from 2022 to 2023."
Our response to your request is as follows:
The figures that you have requested are publicly available through the Isle of Man Numbers report published annually by Cabinet Office. You can access these reports via this link:

In 2023, the total built was 199 houses which includes 20 replacements at Castletown School Hill therefore, the net figure was 179 added to the Island’s housing stock.
In 2022, the total built was 269 houses which includes 30 replacements therefore, the net figure was 239 added to the housing stock.
