Good Evening, I would like to request the following information in relation to the proposed runway for Jurby : The name of the organisation who have provided / undertaken the work on drafting the plans for the runway. The professional qualifications held by the person / persons who drew up the plans. A copy of the Terms of Reference which were provided to the person(s) / organisation who drew up the plans. The date the instruction was given to the relevant person(s) / organisation to commence work on the plans. The date that the plans were supplied to IOM Government by the organisation who undertook the drafting of the plans and if there were any revisions to the plans from the original version the dates that each revision was supplied.

We write further to your request, received 29 July 2024, which states:

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Cabinet
Office does not hold the information that you have requested.
A copy of the Terms of Reference which were provided to the person(s) /
organisation who drew up the plans.

The date that the plans were supplied to IOM Government by the organisation who undertook the drafting of the plans and if there were any revisions to the plans from the original version the dates that each revision was supplied.
On 19 January 2023 Cabinet Office received a (.dwg) file of the areas required for
safeguarding and imported the data onto the Infrastructure Constraints Map 1bN.
This was a follow up submission by Department of Infrastructure to its original
response to the consultation on the Draft Area Plan for the North and West (submitted
to Cabinet Office on 10 October 2022). There were no revisions after this date.
