Original Request
Hi there, I understand that there is an agreement with MHRA UK that they collect yellow cards for the Isle of Man postcodes. The vaccine and immunisation committee used to sit under DHSC, therefore I am sending this to you as well as manxcare for the information. 1. In this agreement, does manxcare receive information from MHRA on medicines and vaccines for Isle of Man postcodes? If so, please state how often and in what detail. 2. If not, is there a process in place to get this information from MHRA? 3. Please provide the yellowcard reporting information manxcare holds for all vaccines offered on Island, except covid ones as that information is already available. 4. If there is a lot of data, please restrict to past 10 years. Thanks

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Department of Health and Social Care (the Department) is unable to provide the information that you have requested. This is in line with Section 11(3)a of the Act, as a practical refusal reason applies; namely we do not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.
You may wish to re-submit your request to Manx Care or The Cabinet Office (Public Health) which are options available on the Freedom of Information request portal, as they may be able to help you.
With regards to your second question, the Department does not have any agreed processes or sharing agreement in place with the MHRA for the sharing of any Yellow card data collected by the MHRA from the Isle of Man.
