We write further to your request, received 16 July 2024, which states:

Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
1) How many applications were received?
Three applications were received.
2) How many applications were accepted?
Two applications were accepted.
3) When do the catering vans start trading?
No date has been identified for commencement of trading.
4) How long are the contracts for?
Contracts are for a one-year period.
5) Are there plans to put public toilets in any of the plantations in the future?
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. This is because at present, the Department does not have any future plans for public toilets to be put in any of the plantations.
