(a) the Emergency Powers (Coronavirus) (Closure of Businesses and Other Premises Regulations 2020, as amended (Regulation 4); and (b) the Emergency Powers (Coronavirus) (Closure of Businesses and Other Premises) (No.2) Regulations 2020 (Regulation 5).
