We write further to your request, received 8 July 2024, which states:
"1. What risk assessment if any was conducted when arresting a person during a lockdown or circuit breaker?

Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.
When conducting arrests Officers would adhere to national guidance issued by the National Police Chiefs Council in terms of risk assessments, operational guidance and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment for arrests relating to COVID pandemic.
