Original Request
Cooil Ny Marrey in Ramsey was abandoned 2+ years ago and residents moved out. Since that the property has been left to decay. The grounds around on Approach Road are left until the grass verges are very tall and there is a triangle of grass backing onto the pathway joining Approach road to the Prom which has not been touched and is now popular to allow dog fouling. Numerous calls to the police when youths break into the property with small fire recently. Some windows boarded up some not and the buildings are not secure. in a Who is responsible for the overall maintenance to insure public safety is maintained....such as loose roof tiles, unsafe premises and now long grasses with faeces and rubbish which are not sanitary and can attract unsavoury and unwanted pests. What are the plans for the site and and timescales Why given the housing crisis can it not be converted to low cost accommodation whilst not suitable for care would be ideal for singles or families needing shelter
