We write further to your request received 21 May 2024, which states:

"Please can Government Technology Services kindly provide a image copy of the GIS layer for the land held by the Manx Museum & National Trust which you hold. Thank you."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Cabinet Office does not hold the information that you have requested.

This is because, under paragraph 1(1)(a) of Schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2015 states that the Cabinet Office is not authorised to disclose information held by the Cabinet Office if it is information held by or on behalf of that part of the Cabinet Office known as the Government Technology Service (or GTS) for the purposes of —

“(i) a public authority other than the Cabinet Office; or (ii) a body of a kind mentioned in section 6(1) which is not for the time being a
public authority;” The information you have requested is held by GTS on behalf of Manx National Heritage. However, you may wish to contact Manx National Heritage who may be able to help you: Manx National Heritage, Manx Museum, Kingswood Grove, Douglas, Isle of Man.
