1. How many civil servants are currently working for Manx Care, who are; full-time, part time, permanent, temporary, any limited term or fixed term contract - Live off Island? Please state how many per Department. a. Of these people, how many times per month do they attend the job on Island? b. What is the cost for them coming to the Island? Cost for accommodation for their stay, car hire, cost for flights, food etc? c. From Q1 above, please state per Department a total monthly cost for the above, please separate travel costs in b above and salaries, bonuses. 2. How many staff who are directly employed by Manxcare (not civil servants) are currently working for Manx Care, who are; full-time, part time, permanent, temporary, any limited term or fixed term contract - Live off Island? a. Please state how many of those who live off island are medically qualified staff including locums and how many are in executive positions. Please include all non-medically qualified staff including managers, directors etc and identify different positions with figures. Please state all grades each of the above are employed at as well. b. We write further to your request, received 15 April 2024, which states:

"1. How many civil servants are currently working for Manx Care, who are; full-time, part time, permanent, temporary, any limited term or fixed term contract - Live off Island? Please state how many per Department.

a. Of these people, how many times per month do they attend the job on Island?

b. What is the cost for them coming to the Island? Cost for accommodation for their stay, car hire, cost for flights, food etc?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Manx Care is unable to provide the information you have requested. This is in line with section 11(3)a of the Act, as a practical refusal reason applies; namely we do not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.
