Freedom of Information Act 2015 We write further to your application dated July 7th and received by us the4 same day. Regarding your request for the following information; 1. Could you please a copy of the document as set out at 11.4 of the Custody Rules 2015. Response to your request
1. The answer to your question is
• There is no reception booklet, the Senior Officers found that when the information was given in that format it was not read or digested by the inmate. • The information is covered face to face with an officer and recorded on various documents (attached). • There is a copy of the Custody Rules in the library, but also a copy on each wing where an inmate is advised to ask on the first instance. • Our applications and complaints are both included in the same policy (attached), inmates are advised on the process on F wing.

The information is contained in numerous Prison files which I have attached below.
