We write further to your application dated July 7th and received by us the4 same day.
Regarding your request for the following information;
1. Could you please a copy of the document as set out at 11.4 of the Custody Rules 2015.

The answer to your question is
•
There is no reception booklet, the Senior Officers found that when the information was
given in that format it was not read or digested by the inmate.

The information is covered face to face with an officer and recorded on various
documents (attached).
•
There is a copy of the Custody Rules in the library, but also a copy on each wing where
an inmate is advised to ask on the first instance.
•
Our applications and complaints are both included in the same policy (attached), inmates
are advised on the process on F wing.
The information is contained in numerous Prison files which I have attached below.
