We write further to your request received 11 April 2024, which states:
"Please can you confirm how much Taxa Genomics were paid in the years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and for what works undertaken.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Manx Care is unable to provide the information you have requested. This is in line with section 11(3)a of the Act, as a practical refusal reason applies; namely we do not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested.
In order to provide advice and assistance, it may be helpful to know that Manx Care was created on 1st April 2021 and as such any commercial activities information prior to this date will be held by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). No information is held by Manx Care for any other periods listed.
