I would like to know how much the annual rent is for Ramsey Police to use the facilities at Ramsey Town Hall and how long the current lease is for.
Response to your request
The lease between the Ramsey Town Commissioners and the Department of Home Affairs is for
the sum of £15000 per annum (adjusted for inflation) over a term of 21 years from April 1st
2012. Currently the rent is £15,300 and is reviewable in 2018.
