Your Request:-

  1. Can you please supply me with the number (if any) of children currently in the Buchan and KWC where the education department is paying the school fees.

  2. If there is children the education department is paying the school fees can you please confirm the number that has been excluded/expelled from other schools on the island.

Department Response:-

The Department is able to provide you with the following information:

  1. There is one pupil at King William’s College supported by a scholarship historically offered by the Department. The scholarship has since been discontinued and will no longer operate upon completion of the current student’s studies.

  2. No pupils have been awarded the scholarship in response to them being excluded or expelled from another school on the island.

  3. Not applicable due to the details given in answer 2.
