Fire Extinguishers This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2015 (FoI). We write further to your request which was received on the 1st March 2018 and which states: "Please advise when DEFA last carried out a procurement exercise in regards procurement of service and supply of fire extinguishers in its premises and vehicles. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find some of the information that you have requested. The Department has no record of any procurement process having taken place over the period you mention. The purchaser and maintenance of fire extinguishers in DEFA buildings and vehicles is now managed by the Department of Infrastructure.
