REFERENCE NUMBER: IM111483I REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2015 (“the Act”)

We write further to your request dated 25 November 2017 which was received on which states:

“Mr Cannan stated the first funding from thr Development fund how much was it and to whom” [sic]

We wrote to you on the 27 November 2017 requesting clarification of the request: specifically we asked that you provide us with a reference to the media article/place where the statement referred to in your request had been made as we were unable to locate the source. We re-issued that request for clarification to you on 11 December 2017.

Unfortunately, you have not as yet provided the clarification requested. Therefore we are unable to proceed further with your request at this time.

If you wish to submit a new request which more clearly describes the information you are looking for we will be able to consider your request and respond accordingly. If you need any further advice and assistance to make a new application, please contact me.
