Department of Infrastructure Sea Terminal Building, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2RF FOI Reference No: IM90802I Request under The Freedom Of Information Act 2015 (“The Act”) Thank you for your request dated 6th June 2017 Your request Please can you provide the head lease between the building complex Silverdale Glen, comprising of the Cafe, Cregg Mill and associated buildings, owned by DEFA (but held by yourselves as DEFA have redirected me back to request from DOI) and between Baker Tilley / Jim Kearns / Manx Ices (i believe it is actually Baker Tilley but designated in some form to Mr Kearns). It was on or around January 2016. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested; the reasons and statutory exemption sections are shown as part of the corresponding answers below. I enclose a copy of the information you requested in appendix 1. The names and addresses of individuals have been redacted as they are classed as personal data.
